Thanks for your reply. I take tried everything. Gmail sent suggestions regarding POP3 settings and I received an error that the server would non allow access to my user proper noun and password (come across immediate post above your reply). If Microsoft could contact me and gear up the bug I am having with my e-mail, I wouldn't exist trying to change accounts so badly. I take had this account for over a decade now and everyone has my email address but Microsoft is non addressing nor helping me with my issues that I am having and doesn't seem to care at all that I am getting tons and tons of spam in my junk folder fifty-fifty though I have tons of rules gear up up (I don't call up they work to be honest) and that there are now 5 senders that I am not receiving email from (the number seems to be increasing) which I have been receiving them for as long as I have had my business relationship so I don't understand why they aren't getting through. I demand someone in the college upwards in the chain of control to contact me via private message to assistance me with my issues. This is getting wearisome. I exercise not take the physical ability to sit for long periods of time trying to figure out how to this, that and the other matter. I demand someone who tin contact me and get it done in 1 go. I have already tried to practise that regarding Windows Live Mail and connect my gmail account but I can't become it to connect. I also can't seem to export my post and contacts from Microsoft to it either. I accept no clue what I am doing or how to figure it out or solve information technology. I honestly don't want to switch to gmail as I have had this business relationship for a very long time just I am running out of options if this visitor cannot sort out my problem and fix my account.
As for the issue with my electronic mail and too much spam/junk mail and not receiving email from safe senders and contacts, I don't understand why it'southward going on. Information technology's only since Microsoft changed the entire await from Hotmail to Outlook. It screwed up my email completely and since the "fix" to become my electronic mail from going into my deleted binder, I've been getting all the junk mail and spam in my junk folder even though I've fix rules and the rubber senders emails aren't getting through. The majority is but equally I said, several senders aren't coming through and those are of import emails. This is aggravating. I am disabled and cannot sit down for long periods of time to go this working. I experience as if I am hitting brick walls with Microsoft and support.

Exporting my email folders has been a nightmare! I've been trying for over a week at present. As a self-employed individual, I tried Outlook because I had such a great experience with it when I was in Corporate. But this 'dumbed down' version is clunky, not very user friendly and is non almost as functional as I need it to be. I've had this address for well-nigh 4 years and I've reluctantly decided to motility over to gmail. My contacts exported fine, merely Outlook'south "Options" settings don't requite me many "options", and then I can't input the necessary information to consign my emails.
Outlook is just non very functional. By not providing this option to your users, yous are certain to lose them FOREVER! I concord with MediaMomma - you're belongings us hostage, and it's just bad concern.

I am getting tired of all the junk mail so I want to transfer all of my emails so I don't lose them to another email client. Why won't y'all help instead of running me around in circles?
